The ECX-16-SB convection steamer has two compartments. The ECX-16-SB convection steamer is on a 36-inch cabinet base. The ECX-16-SB compartment capacity is 16 pans at 1-in pan depth. The ECX-16-SB compartment capacity is 8 pans at 2-1/2-in pan depth. The ECX-16-SB compartment capacity is 4 pans at 4-in pan depth. The ECX-16-SB electric steam boiler is equipped for 208 VAC, 3 Phase, 60 Hz operation; this configuration is not available in 48 kW. The ECX-16-SB standard 42-kW, 3-phase configuration draws 116.6 A at 208 V. Each ECX-16-SB cooking compartment is independently controlled by a 60-minute timer. The steamer is constructed of satin-finish type 304 stainless steel, with a one-piece, all-welded 316 stainless steel cooking chamber.
