R30C ranges have a convection oven base. The specified range is an electric-heated unit. 240V, 1PH. The convection oven is supplied with five chrome-plated oven racks. Each cook-top component has individual controls. The oven thermostat on Lang electric ranges has a setting range of 150–450°F. The convection oven has a heavy-duty right-hinged door with magnetic closure, an ON-OFF power switch, and a two-speed fan with fan-pulse capability and HIGH-LOW speed fan switch.
