Titan™ JSHBI-36P_LP is a 36-inch-wide, floor-style upright infrared gas broiler/plancha on propane with 104,000 BTU total, so it sits in the high-output commercial cooking class rather than a light-duty countertop unit. It uses four 26,000 BTU infrared burners, a large 2-piece lift-out broiler grid, roller-bearing carriage, counter-balance mechanism, and 14-gauge all-welded stainless steel body with stainless front/sides and removable oven interior; the cool-zone oven control and two chrome-plated racks apply when ordered with the oven. At 36" x 36.25" x 54.13" and 800 lb, with a 3/4" gas inlet and professional installation required, it is suited to indoor, high-volume line or grill operations that need a heavy-duty upright broiler with cabinet-base flexibility and optional casters/doors.
