The Southbend Steam KELT-20, KELT-25, KELT-30, KELT-40, KELT-60, KELT-80, and KELT-100 kettle models have a tilting-kettle configuration. The KELT-60 kettle has a capacity of 60 gallons (227 liters). The Southbend KELT kettle's interior liner is stainless steel type 316. The Southbend KELT kettle's steam jacket surrounds the lower two-thirds of the kettle. The kettle is self-generating; its jacket enclosure contains distilled water and is factory sealed.
