Imperial’s IR-12-EW is a 72-inch freestanding electric range with 12 sealed wafer elements over two standard ovens, set up for busy commercial kitchens that need a large flat-top cooking surface plus oven capacity. It runs on 208V, 3-phase electric, requires a dedicated circuit and professional installation, and is an indoor-only floor unit with 6-inch legs; 480V is listed as an option. The wafer plates reach 650°F for faster surface heating, and the two ovens add even bake performance with porcelainized interiors, chrome racks for standard sheet pans, infinite heat controls, and a thermostatic range of 150°F to 500°F.
