Southbend Ultimate Series 60" commercial gas range, model 4601DD-2TL_NG, with a 24" thermostatic griddle on the left, six 33,000 BTU non-clog cast iron open burners, and two standard oven bases. It is a heavy-duty floor range for high-volume kitchens, using natural gas at 336,000 total BTU with standing pilots for the burners and battery spark ignition for the ovens; the ovens are 45,000 BTU each with a 175°F–550°F thermostat range and fit full-size pans. The 60.75"W x 34"D x 59.5"H stainless-steel build, front gas shut-off, factory regulator, and optional casters or quick disconnect make it a full-service line piece for restaurants needing both range and baking capacity in one footprint.
