Southbend’s Ultimate Range 4603AC-2CL_NG is a 60-3/4" freestanding gas range with a cabinet base and convection oven base, built for full commercial kitchen use on natural gas. It combines (6) 33,000 BTU star burners, a 24" left-side charbroiler, and a convection oven with 32,000 BTU input, 175°F–550°F thermostat, 3 racks, and 5-position rails, so it fits high-volume line cooking, grilling, and bake/roast work in one footprint. The unit is 115V with 3PH electrical, stainless front and sides, cast iron removable grates, standing pilot and battery spark ignition, and it requires floor space at 60.75"W x 44.5"D x 59.5"H, with professional installation required.
