The CW1 Nacho Chip Warmer has an internal mechanical thermostat, factory pre-set to 175°F. It is adjustable with tools via an access hole with grommet located on the rear of the cabinet. An on/off switch has a power-indicating light. The CW1 Nacho Chip Warmer is capable of heating to 190°F (88°C). It preheats to 160°F (71°C) in approximately 20 minutes. The CW1 Nacho Chip Warmer has all-stainless-steel construction. The CW1 Nacho Chip Warmer has completely welded cabinet construction, with the outer cabinet welded to the cabinet liner. The heat duct baffling system directs warm air through a duct and up through chips on the bottom, assuring uniform temperatures throughout the cabinet for consistent product holding. The CW1 Nacho Chip Warmer carries the NSF/ANSI 4 mark.
