Middleby Imperial Pro Series IR-12-EW-CC is a freestanding electric 72" range with a wafer-plate cooktop over two convection ovens, built for indoor commercial use. The 57.5 kW, 240V, 3-phase setup with a dedicated circuit puts it in a high-capacity floor-range class, and the two ovens come with 3 racks and porcelainized interiors for multi-product production. Standout differences are the 12 wafer elements with 650° max surface temperature, sealed heating elements, infinite heat controls, a 3.25" stainless landing ledge, and optional casters or solid doors, making it a fit for busy kitchens that need a versatile range and oven combo.
