KECT-10-2. The Southbend KECT kettle assembly is a counter-type kettle. The Southbend KECT twin kettle assembly contains two kettles. The Southbend KECT kettle assembly has a tilting configuration. The Southbend KECT twin kettle assembly is electrically operated. The Southbend KECT twin kettle assembly uses a closed steam system. The Southbend KECT twin kettle assembly has self-generating steam. The KECT-10-2 phase-3 electrical configuration is listed for 220 V. The KECT-10-2 electrical configuration is rated at 24 kW. The Southbend KECT kettle operates from 165°F (74°C) at the low end of its temperature range. The Southbend KECT kettle operates up to 285°F (140°C) at the high end of its temperature range.
