The Blodgett 911/911P is a gas deck oven. The Blodgett 911/911P gas deck oven is available in a double-section configuration. The 911/911P double-section oven assembly has two sections. The double-section oven assembly accommodates 2 18 × 26 in bun pans. The gas supply specifications list Natural Gas as an available fuel for the oven sections. The required natural-gas inlet pressure is 7.0–10.5 in. W.C. per oven section. Each 911P oven section has a maximum gas input of 27,000 BTU/hr. The 911P oven's liquid pressure thermostat has a temperature range from 300°F (149°C) to 650°F (343°C). The 911P baking deck is QHT Rokite. The front, top, sides and back are stainless steel. Each 911/911P cooking compartment is 22 in deep.
