The Platinum PRO convection oven is electrically heated. Each oven cavity in the PCE75B/S-PRO, PCE11B/S-PRO, PCE75B/T-PRO, and PCE11B/T-PRO has an oven interior height of 20 in (508 mm). 11 different rack positions in each oven. Each oven is provided with 5 wire racks. The oven's rack guides are spaced on 1-5/8 in centers. input kw: 7.5. voltage: 208. plug type: field wired per local code. Touchscreen-control recipes can be created and used in oven group 'Rack' mode to cook multiple items at once on different timers. The touchscreen-control version has a 150°F to 550°F temperature-controller range.
