The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is a single-deck oven. Ventless. The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven uses electric power. Each oven has 11 rack positions. The rack guides provide rack positions spaced on 1-5/8 in centers. The TC touchscreen controls have a highest stated temperature-controller setting of 550°F. The TC touchscreen controls have a lowest stated temperature-controller setting of 150°F. digital Touchscreen Controls are available with manual, recipe, or rack modes. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top; its oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish. Five wire racks are provided with each oven. A hood is not required for the Southbend PCES-PRO-SINGLE oven when using the ventless option. Installation of the Southbend PCES-PRO-SINGLE oven under a vented hood is recommended.
