Wells heavy-duty, top-mount, drop-in, Modular food warmers are designed to hold heated foods at safe and fresh serving temperatures. The MOD400 Series accommodates four 12” x 20” standard inset pans or equivalent fractional pans. The MOD400 Series food-warmer has separate controls for each individual well. A one-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans are standard features on all models. The MOD400 Series has fully insulated construction. MOD400 Series food-warmers are suitable for wet or dry operation. fuel type: electric. All MOD400 series models are field-convertible to single-phase. The MOD400 series models listed in the specifications table have no standard power cord supplied. high limit: high-limit controls that prevent overheating.
