Electric Countertop Clamshell. Each Lang contact clamshell has electronic temperature control. Platen levelling is adjustable without tools. The self-levelling clamshell accommodates large items up to three [3] inch (762mm) thick as well as large quantities of smaller items, and all with consistent contact and heating. The Lang contact clamshell is ETL sanitation listed. Each Lang contact clamshell comes ready to hard-wire to a single power box.
