The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is a single-deck oven. Each oven has 11 rack positions. The rack guides provide rack positions spaced on 1-5/8 in centers. The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is heated by electric heating elements. The oven heating elements are available with a combined rating of 11 kW. voltage: 208. The PCES-PRO-SINGLE electric units are available for single-phase or three-phase operation, which must be specified upon ordering. The TC touchscreen controls use a temperature controller. The TC touchscreen controls have a highest stated temperature-controller setting of 550°F. The TC touchscreen controls have a lowest stated temperature-controller setting of 150°F. The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven's control panel is located on the front of the oven. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top; its oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish.
