The Southbend Steam … ECX-10S … models are convection steamers. ECX-10S … have an electric steam boiler base. steam pressure: 9–11 psi (62–76 kpa). Each steamer compartment's timer has a 60-minute duration. Each steamer compartment's timer is mechanical. The steamer shall be constructed of #4 finish stainless steel type 304, with a cooking chamber of one-piece, all welded, 316 stainless steel.
