961BASE_LP. Base Section (oven only). The Blodgett 961 and 961P are gas deck ovens. Each Blodgett 961/961P oven section can operate alone or in combination with other sections. Each baking compartment is 42 in wide. Each baking compartment is 32 in deep. Each baking compartment is 7 in high. For the 961, the standard feature is a Fahrenheit dial from 200° to 500°;. The 961 oven has a maximum gas input of 37,000 BTU/hr per oven section. For propane, the required inlet pressure is 11.0 in W.C. minimum to 13.0 in W.C. maximum. The Blodgett 961 baking deck is made of steel. Stainless steel front, top, sides and back.
