Star-Max model 615 has a listed width [A] of 15.0 in (381.0 mm). Star-Max models 615, 624, 636, and 648 have a plate depth of 20.5 in (520.7 mm). The griddle plate is 1 inch (2.54 cm) thick. An aluminized U-shaped steel burner is provided every 12 inches of cooking surface to provide even heat distribution. Star-Max gas griddles are constructed with stainless steel panel and double-wall aluminized steel side panels; the 4-1/2-inch-high tapered wrap-around stainless steel splash guard comes standard. The unit has a 3-1/4-inch-wide front grease trough with grease chute and a 4-1/2-quart stainless steel grease drawer.
