The Southbend Platinum Series electric convection oven has a single-deck configuration. PCE11S/T. The Southbend Platinum Series oven uses electric heating elements. The PCE11S/S and PCE11S/T ovens have 11 kW for heating elements per deck. The Southbend Platinum Series oven is available with a 240 VAC supply voltage. The PCE75S/S, PCE11S/S, PCE75S/T, and PCE11S/T electric units are available for single-phase operation. The Southbend Platinum Series oven has 11 rack positions in each oven cavity. Five wire oven racks are provided with each Southbend Platinum Series oven. The rack positions in the Southbend Platinum Series oven are spaced on 1-5/8 in centers. The oven heating is regulated by an adjustable solid-state thermostat. The blower fan circulates air within the cavity, scrubbing heat to the oven interior for even heat distribution. Manual reset high limit temperature control protects the oven from overheat condition. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top. The oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish.
