KDPS-20F. Direct Steam. The 20-gallon Southbend kettle model has a rated capacity of 20 gallons. The Southbend KDPS-20F, KDPS-30F, KDPS-40F, and KDPS-60F kettles require direct steam at a minimum of 5 PSI (34 kPa) and a maximum of 35 PSI (241 kPa). The Southbend KDPS-20F, KDPS-30F, KDPS-40F, and KDPS-60F kettles have a full steam jacket. Construction is all-welded satin-finish stainless steel, type 304. The interior liner of the Southbend KDPS-20F, KDPS-30F, KDPS-40F, and KDPS-60F kettles is standard type 316 stainless steel.
