It’s a high-output cook line piece at 285,500 BTU total, combining (6) 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with continuous wavy grates, a 24" raised manual griddle/broiler on the right, and two standard oven bases rated at 45,000 BTU each with 175°F–550°F thermostatic control. Built for indoor heavy-duty kitchen use, it has stainless front/sides, standing pilots for the top burners, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and needs professional installation with 10" rear and side clearances, making it suited to high-volume restaurant or banquet production rather than compact line service.
