Electric Drop-In Griddle. 136TDI. The Lang 136TDI griddle has 3 controls. The Lang griddles use snap-action thermostat controls. The control package provides independent temperature control every 12”. temperature control from 175°F to 450°F. The Lang griddle cooking surface is 1 inch (25 mm) thick. The griddles have separate, insulated stainless steel griddle and control modules. The griddles include an 8 quart capacity grease drawer, with removable fully enclosed sleeve. The Lang 136TDI griddle has an 18-kW input. The Lang 136TDI griddle is rated 240 V, 3-phase at 43.3 A. The Lang 136TDI, 148TDI, and 160TDI griddles require installation under an approved vent hood.
