The hotLOGIX HL8 Series Heated Food Holding Cabinets' insulation is wrap-around insulation. The HL8-14 heated holding cabinet has a capacity of 28 pans in the 12 x 20 in pan format. The HL8-14 cabinet has a pan capacity of 14 pans in the 18 × 26 in pan format. The hotLOGIX HL8 Series Heated Food Holding Cabinets have digital controls. The hotLOGIX HL8 Series Heated Food Holding Cabinets have a touchpad for viewing actual temperature. The cabinet has 20-gauge interior and 20-gauge polished exterior stainless steel, a full-depth caster bolster, and perimeter supports welded to the bolsters. Its double-panel door is filled with 2-inch-thick high-density fiberglass insulation and has a heavy-duty edge-mounted, chrome-plated latch with magnetic catch. A high-temperature magnetic door gasket is mounted to the cabinet. Adjustable, self-closing, edge-mount hinges have a chrome-plate finish. The HL8-14 and HL8-18 cabinets draw 17.5 A.
