Nugget-Style Ice-only Machines

The D1812R is an evaporator unit. The D1012R, D1412R, D1812R, and D2112R ice machines produce compressed nugget ice. The Horizon Elite D1812R series ice machine produces 1452 lb (659 kg) of ice in 24 hours at 90°F (32°C) ambient air temperature and 70°F (21°C) inlet water temperature. The D1812R evaporator unit is for connection to remote condenser C1812CU. The D1812R evaporator unit is rated at 115 V. The D1812R evaporator unit is single phase. The electrical plug specified for the D1012R, D1412R, D1812R, and D2112R evaporator units is NEMA 5-15. The evaporator has a slide-out design, a docking station, and a front-mounted unit status display. The evaporator water inlet is at the harvest end, and the unit has automatic flushing while producing ice and a semi-automatic cleaning and sanitizing system.
