The JCM-60 cheese melter is 60 inches wide. Standard features include a stainless steel front, sides, top and bottom; high power infrared burners; stainless steel top; a 2-inch thick insulated bottom shelf; 14-gauge all-welded construction; stainless steel gas tubing throughout; one stainless steel pilot tip per burner; a heavy-gauge wall-mount bracket; and a 3/4-inch gas regulator (shipped loose, MUST be installed for proper operation). 2 burners. 50,000 BTUs. The cheesemelter requires a minimum natural-gas operating pressure of 5 inches W.C. The cheese melter's 3/4-inch gas regulator must be installed for proper operation. 21-1/4 inches high. 17-1/2 inches deep.
