The P36-GGC/TTC combination top includes a charbroiler section. The Southbend Platinum sectional range is 36 inches wide. fuel type: gas. gas type: natural gas. gas input btu: 141000. Each burner on the Southbend 12-inch charbroiler has a natural-gas input rating of 16,000 BTU. Thermostatic griddle control provides a griddle surface-temperature range of 180°F to 400°F. The griddle has “Insta-On” thermostatic control, a 1-inch-thick griddle plate with side and rear splashers, and a removable stainless steel grease drawer. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are stainless steel. The Southbend sectional range has a 1-inch rear gas connection. Southbend sectional units require a minimum gas supply pressure of 7 in W.C. for natural gas. The Southbend P36A convection-oven base model requires single-phase power when fitted with optional electronic ignition.
