The Southbend Platinum Series convection oven is a double-deck oven. PCE22S/S. The Southbend Platinum Series oven uses electric heating. The Southbend PCES PCE22S/S and PCE22S/T oven models have electric heating-element input rated at 11 kW per deck. For the 11 kW-per-deck Southbend PCES double oven models PCE22S/S and PCE22S/T, each of the X, Y, and Z lines draws 30.6 A at 208 VAC, 60 Hz. Each cavity of the Southbend Platinum Series oven has 11 available rack positions. The Southbend Platinum Series oven with SC standard controls has a temperature range of 140°F to 500°F. The Southbend Platinum Series oven with SC standard controls has a 60-minute mechanical cook timer. The Southbend Platinum Series oven's control panel is located on the front, at the right side of the oven. The oven interior width of the Southbend PCES double oven models is 29 in. (737 mm) per cavity. The oven interior depth of the Southbend PCES double oven models is 21.5 in. (546 mm) per cavity. The oven interior has a porcelain enamel finish and is coved and fastener-free.
