The Southbend Platinum Series bakery electric convection oven is a single-deck oven. The Southbend Platinum Series oven has 11 rack positions in each oven. The Southbend Platinum Series oven is supplied with five wire racks with each oven. Each PCEB single oven cavity has an interior width of 29 in (737 mm). Each PCEB single oven cavity has an interior height of 20 in (508 mm). The Southbend Platinum Series oven with SC standard controls uses a solid-state thermostat. The Southbend Platinum Series oven with SC standard controls has a thermostat temperature range of 140°F to 500°F. 11 kW heating elements. Each oven in the 11 kW for Heating Elements group has a rated supply voltage of 208 VAC. PCEB electric oven units are available for three-phase operation. A hood is not required for the ventless option of the PCEB-SINGLE oven.
