hotLOGIX HL9 Series Heated Humidified Food Holding Cabinets are designed to hold cooked food warm and ready for serving. The cabinet is double-wall insulated stainless steel, with an 18-gauge interior, a 20-gauge polished exterior, 2-inch-thick high-density fiberglass wrap-around insulation, and a full-depth caster bolster with perimeter supports welded to bolsters. The hotLOGIX HL9 Series cabinets have dial controls for temperature and humidity setting. The 1000-watt top-mounted blower heater is capable of heating to 200°F (93°C) and preheats to 160°F (71°C) in approximately 25 minutes. The hotLOGIX HL9 Series cabinets can achieve 90% humidity. The hotLOGIX HL9 Series cabinets accommodate GN 2/1 pans. The hotLOGIX HL9 Series cabinets accommodate 12 × 20-inch steam table pans. The hotLOGIX HL9 Series cabinets accommodate 18 × 26-inch sheet pans. The hotLOGIX HL9 Series cabinets are rated for 120 volts. The hotLOGIX HL9 Series cabinets are single-phase.
