Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding commercial gas range on natural gas, built as a high-volume floor unit with a standard oven base and cabinet base. It has four 33,000 BTU cast iron star burners plus a 36" charbroiler on the right, for 273,000 total BTUs, so it fits heavy line, banquet, or grill-heavy service rather than a light-duty cookline. The oven base is 45,000 BTU with standing pilot, battery spark ignition, and a 175°F–550°F thermostat; the unit also includes stainless steel front/sides, a front manual gas shut-off, factory-installed regulator, removable cast iron grates, and optional center-opening cabinet doors.
