The removable cast-iron grates have an adjustable front-to-back slope and flip over for either 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch grid width. The sectional range's burners are controlled by one high/low control knob. The range has a fully insulated lining and burner box. The cabinet base is stainless steel and has a removable door that can hinge on the right or the left. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are stainless steel. The minimum gas supply pressure for Southbend P12-C sectional units is 11 in. W.C. for propane.
