The Blodgett 961 and 961P are gas deck ovens. Each Blodgett 961/961P oven section can operate alone or in combination with other sections. The 961P baking deck is QHT Rokite. Each baking compartment is 42 in wide. Each baking compartment is 32 in deep. Each baking compartment is 7 in high. gas type: natural gas. The 961P oven has a maximum gas input of 50,000 BTU/hr per oven section. For natural gas, the required inlet pressure is 7.0 in W.C. minimum to 10.5 in W.C. maximum.
