The Southbend commercial gas range is 73 in wide. Four removable cast-iron grate tops are provided; the rear holds up to a 14 in stock pot. The Southbend range’s open-top burners use standing-pilot ignition. The range has a stainless-steel front rail, front, and sides; the front rail is 4 in. The oven cavity is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for cleanability and corrosion protection. Coved corners aid cleaning, and enhanced airflow eliminates hot/cold spots. Each oven cavity in a Southbend 472_AA range has an interior depth of 24.00 in (610 mm). Each oven cavity in a Southbend 472_AA range has an interior height of 14.00 in (356 mm). Each oven cavity in a Southbend 472_AA range has an interior width of 26.00 in (660 mm). Southbend ranges require a minimum propane-gas inlet pressure of 11 in W.C. For Southbend gas models with convection ovens, the standard electrical supply voltage is 115 V. For Southbend gas models with convection ovens, the standard electrical supply is single-phase.
