The Southbend Counterline charbroiler has a countertop form factor. The Southbend Counterline charbroiler is described as radiant. The HDC-36-316L has a gas input of 120,000 BTU/hr for propane. The Counterline charbroiler has 316L stainless steel radiants. The front, rear, sides and bottom panels are constructed of 316L stainless steel. The sides are reinforced and fully insulated. The rear and side splash are 5 inches high. The Counterline charbroiler has two-position cooking grids. The Southbend Counterline charbroiler grates are two-sided. Each straight burner is controlled by a gas valve for independent control of the flame. The charbroiler has a full-width 316L stainless steel crumb tray.
