Southbend Ultimate Series 60" gas range with 2 convection oven bases, set up as a freestanding floor model for high-volume commercial kitchens. The cooktop combines 3 non-clog front burners, 2 Pyromax rear burners, 2 star/sauté front burners, and 2 non-clog rear-left burners over standard cast iron grates, with 375,000 total BTU and propane gas, so it fits heavy production and banquet-style service rather than light-duty line work. It is 60.75" wide, 44.5" deep, 59.5" high, uses 115V 3-phase power with a NEMA 5-15 plug for the oven bases, and includes stainless front/sides, a front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilot open burners, and battery spark ignition for the ovens.
