Hot Plates Ranges
The Imperial IHPA electric hot plates use wafer plate elements. Features 12” x 12” (305 x 305) wafer plates in front, and 12” x 13” (305 x 330) in rear. Thermostatic controlled plates. 650° maximum temperature heats food up to 50% faster. The IHPA-4-24-EW and IHPA-4-48-EW hot plates draw 18 A at 480 V, three-phase. The IHPA-4-24-EW hot plate's electrical output is 15 kW. Stainless steel front, top and sides for cleanability and professional look. The IHPA-4-24-EW hot plate is 24 in (610 mm) wide. warranty term: one-year parts and labor warranty.
