Southbend’s Ultimate Series 60" gas range is a freestanding, high-volume cookline unit with a 60-3/4" W x 34" D footprint and 59.5" overall height, built for indoor commercial use. It has six 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with continuous wavy grates, a 24" raised manual griddle/broiler on the right, and two stainless steel cabinet bases instead of ovens, so it fits kitchens that want heavy top-side production plus storage rather than bake capacity. It runs on propane at 195,500 total BTUs, uses standing pilots on the burners, battery spark ignition for the oven-base section, and includes stainless front/side panels, a factory-installed regulator, and a front manual gas shut-off.
