Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4604CC-3GL_LP, with a 36" manual griddle on the left, two front star/sauté burners and two rear 33,000 BTU burners over standard cast-iron grates. It runs on propane at 196,000 total BTU, is a floor model with two cabinet bases for storage instead of ovens, and measures 60.75" W x 34" D x 59.5" H. Stainless steel front and sides, a front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilot, and optional center-opening cabinet doors make it suited to a high-volume commercial line that needs open-burner flexibility plus griddle output in one 60" footprint.
