Electric Boiler Convection Steamer, 2 Compartments, 10 Pan, (2) 6 Gallon Kettles, 60" Cabinet. Each compartment of the ECX-10S-6-6 and ECX-10S-6-10 steamers holds 10 pans at 1-inch pan depth. The ECX-10S-6-6 steamer has two 6-gallon kettles. 42KW, 240V, 3PH. The electric steam boiler operates at 9–11 psi (62–76 kPa). Each cooking chamber is constructed of all welded type 316 stainless steel, fully insulated and provided with removable stainless steel pan supports. two 6-gallon kettles … on a modular electric steam boiler base, with stainless steel type 304 exterior and #4 finish, deck mounted faucet valve, swing nozzle and integral sink with common drain. Each cooking compartment includes a timer with a 60-minute duration. An audible signal sounds at the end of the cooking cycle. The convection steamer has doors with a removable inner liner of stainless steel, full perimeter gasket seal, outer shell of one piece, all welded, stainless steel, positive lock and seal mechanism and a stainless steel drip trough connected to the drain in order to collect condensate when doors are opened.
