The Southbend two-compartment convection steamer with two kettles and direct steam operation is offered as model DCX-2S-6-6. Each kettle on Model DCX-2S-6-6 steamer has a capacity of 6 gallons. Model DCX-2S-6-6 steamer accommodates 1 pan at 6-inch pan depth. Model DCX-2S-6-6 steamer accommodates 2 pans at 4-inch pan depth. Model DCX-2S-6-6 steamer accommodates 3 pans at 2-1/2-inch pan depth. Model DCX-2S-6-6 steamer accommodates 6 pans at 1-inch pan depth. The cooking chambers are all-welded type 316 stainless steel, fully insulated, and provided with removable stainless-steel pan supports.
