CTBR-BASE. Base Section (oven only). The CTB/CTBR half-size electric convection oven uses electric heating. Each CTB/CTBR oven compartment supports 13 x 18 in standard half-size bake pans. A standard-output CTB/CTBR oven section is rated at 5.6 kW per oven section. A standard-output CTB/CTBR oven section is listed for 208 V, 60 Hz, single-phase supply. controls: solid-state manual with separate dials to control thermostat and time. The CTB/CTBR oven has a two-speed convection-fan motor. The CTB/CTBR oven thermostat setting range is 200–500 °F. Each CTB/CTBR oven section has nine rack positions.
