The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is a single-deck oven. A hood is not required for the Southbend PCES-PRO-SINGLE oven when using the ventless option. Each oven has 11 rack positions. Five wire racks are provided with each oven. The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven uses electric power. The oven heating elements are available with a combined rating of 7.5 kW. The oven electrical system is available at 240 VAC. The TC touchscreen controls have a highest stated temperature-controller setting of 550°F. The TC touchscreen controls have a lowest stated temperature-controller setting of 150°F. The convection fan has two selectable speeds. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top; its oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish.
