Dual Fryer System with Filter. The SSHLV14 fryer has an oil capacity of 32 lb (14.5 kg; 15.6 L) at a 4 in (10 cm) oil level. The Pitco SSHLV14 fryer has a gas input rate of 72.5 Kbtu/hr, listed as 21.0 kW (CE) and 75 MJ (AU). The Pitco SSHLV14 fryer uses propane as its gas type. The fryer has a blower-free atmospheric burner system, matchless ignition, a drain valve interlock, and a FILTER SOON production monitor. The filter drawer has extra-large 3 in drain lines with a drain spout designed to reduce splashing; the spout swivels out for oil disposal. The fryer/filter system is not for use with solid shortening.
