Southbend Ultimate Series 60" gas range, model 4602DC-2CL_NG, is a freestanding commercial range built for high-volume line work. It has six 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with wavy cast grates, a 24" charbroiler on the left, and a standard oven base with 45,000 BTU output, 175°F–550°F thermostat range, and one rack; total input is 271,000 BTU on natural gas. At 60.75" W x 34" D x 59.5" H and 1,075 lb, it is a full-size floor unit with stainless front/sides, manual gas shutoff, factory regulator, standing pilots for the top, and battery spark ignition for the oven, suited to busy restaurant kitchens that need rangetop, charbroil, and bake capability in one unit.
