CTBRHA. The CTBHA/CTBRHA half-size convection oven uses electric heat. oven configuration: double-compartment arrangement with two ovens. The CTBHA/CTBRHA standard-depth baking compartment accepts standard half-size baking pans measuring 13 × 18 in. Each oven section has nine rack positions. 208V, 1PH. The CTBHA/CTBRHA oven has a SimpleTouch capacitive touchscreen control interface. The oven offers Manual Mode, Recipe Cooking, and Rack Timing; convection-only mode for baking and pastries; and HydroAssist Mode, which provides humidity. Air in the baking chamber is distributed by a blower wheel powered by a ten-speed reversing motor with thermal overload protection. The oven has a full angle-iron frame, stainless steel front, top, sides, and vent, and solid mineral fiber insulation around the cooking chamber.
