The Southbend P36 ComboTop base configuration option A is Convection Oven. P36A-BHH_LP. The Southbend Platinum sectional range is 36 inches wide. gas type: propane. Each burner in the Southbend 12-inch open-top configuration has a propane input rating of 35,000 BTU. The open-top section has removable, cast iron grate tops and a removable drip tray. The convection oven has a porcelain enamel interior, three racks with five-position side rails, and a two-speed, ½ hp blower motor. The interior depth of the Southbend Model 36A convection oven is 24 inches. The interior height of the Southbend Model 36A convection oven is 14 inches. The interior width of the Southbend Model 36A convection oven is 26 inches. Each Southbend sectional unit has a rear gas connection sized 1 in. Southbend sectional units require a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in W.C. for propane.
