Using patented TurboChef technology, the ECO El Bandido is a rapid cook oven that can operate as a high-speed/high-quality panini press and rapidly cook non-pressed foods while requiring less space and consuming less energy. A single motor vertically circulates air impingement in the ECO El Bandido oven, which has a top-launched microwave system and a stirrer to help ensure even distribution of air and microwave. The ECO El Bandido oven has a panini press mechanism with anodized aluminum upper and lower griddle press plates. The ECO El Bandido oven has a 201/304 stainless steel interior and a fully welded and insulated cook chamber. The press and lower jetplate are removable.
