The Model CM-RMB/SMB 600 Series charbroiler is a counter-style unit. CM-RMB 6xx charbroilers are specified as radiant charbroilers. Standard-output size 648 CM-RMB/SMB 600 Series charbroiler models have a gas output rate of 150 Kbtu/hr. CM-RMB-600 models use a V-shaped radiant for each burner. The CM-RMB/SMB 600 Series charbroiler's top grid has E-Z Tilt functionality. The top grid is free floating to allow expansion and contraction without warping. The round top grid has standard spacing and a quick-lift handle. The cabinet is fully insulated and double walled, with stainless steel on all four sides. The unit has water tubs, a stainless steel service shelf with towel bar, individual front burner controls for precise regulation, all-stainless-steel burners, and a top grid scraper. Natural gas supply pressure for the CM-RMB/SMB 600 Series charbroiler is 7–10 in. W.C. (17.4 mbars / 1.74 kPa). The Model CM-RMB/SMB 600 Series charbroiler is intended for installation on work tables, counters, or properly insulated refrigerated/freezer bases.
