The PSE-2-SB is an electric counter portion steamer with auto fill and auto drain. The PSE-2-SB has two compartments. Each PSE-2-SB compartment holds one 1/3-size pan that is 2.5 inches deep. The PSE-2-SB steamer draws 36 A per phase at 208 V, 1 PH, with the 7.5 kW standard rating. The control housing is stainless steel and has a full-access removable panel; its controls include an illuminated three-way power switch (On/Off/De-lime), pilot ready lights, pilot cook lights, and an electric timer with an audible alarm at the end of the cooking cycle. The Southbend PSE-2-SB electric counter portion steamer's timer has a duration of 60 minutes. The unit is constructed of satin-finish 304 stainless steel with a two-piece welded 316 stainless steel cooking chamber with coved corners. The PSE-2-SB steam generator operates at 5 psi (34 kPa).
